Young Republicans..they support the war but won’t enlist?
whats up with that??? Max Blumenthal’s video takes us to a conference of these young chickenhawks where Hot-tub Tom Delay also did a great little speech that tied abortion and illegals into one neat little package. Personally I thought it was a stretch but the party faithful bought it hook, line and sinker. Max’s website is here. If I really believed that these kids represented the majority of Americans in general, I’d be pretty worried. Fortunately though, I think that isn’t the case. Instead, these are the 30%-ers who, while paying plenty of dough for their college degrees, still aren’t using their entire brain to think this thing through.

I love Max’s videos.. He goes to all the rightwingers conventions he has a great one of the last big convention where he went after Michelle Malkin, Annie C and a host of others. Its classic.

The freshman state lawmaker, considered a rising star in Ohio Republican circles, has volunteered for a second tour of duty in Iraq as an intelligence specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps.
“I didn’t join the Marine Corps to say no when the Marine Corps needed Marines in my field,” said Mandel.

Please people let’s not forget the king of the Chickenhawks Ted Nugent who admitted in an interview with the Detroit Free Press (July 15, 1990) to urinating and defecating in his pants for entire week before reporting for his draft board physical during Vietnan. Now he defines himself as "Warlike" HA. The only war he’s ever waged was on his jockeys.

Let me tell you this Dusty- as a 2 tour Viet vet with many friends that were killed and many still suffering from wounds nearly 40 years later, it can be very difficult watching this fiasco in the Middle East today. Especially knowing that so many from my generation who run the country today, dodged that war. You hit the nail on the head my dear, they have no problem sending other Americans to their deaths. Without a doubt, Nugent is the most dispicable pile of dung heap on this planet. He brags about killing and how "Warlike" he is, yet when his country called he ran unlike any coward I know, irrespective of the fact that Vietnam was morally wrong.

Pitman, My first husband was drafted and served in ‘Nam. He suffered
from a severe case of PTSD the rest of his life as well. This is very
emotional for me because of how the VA treated him when he needed the
help. They turned their back on him. But thats another story. I
can appreciate Draft-dodgers reasons for not serving, they were their own..but NOT when the
mutha fuckas now talk big and bad-ass and support THIS worthless war. I
protested the Vietnam war and I never showed disrespect to those that
served..and I also feel the same today. They did what they had to, to survive, as our soldiers
do today. I blame them for nothing, but I blame our administration for everything. And I also blame the govt in general for the shoddy treatment they recieve when they return broken and really need medical help without strings.P.S.Thank you for your kind compliment..your making me blush :>)

Good on ya Dusty. These present brave military personnel years later will become more savy and have to face the fact that they were used just like Vietnam vets. Our office just hired a young 2 tour combat army Captain who I have had great discussions with. He already sees how the troops are being used by the Chickenhawks. Knowledge is dangerous, however, when you’re young, you’re full of piss and vinegar and set aside any contemplation as to what you’re participation in war will do to your soul later. I had the great pleasure of ambushing the coward Nugent at the University of Wisconsin Madison during one of his presentations in front of 700 to 800 of his minions the night of October 25, 2006 and I seriously thought he was going to soil himself again. I screamed into one of the stages mics how he admitted in an interview with the Detroit Free Press (July 15, 1990) to urinating and defecating in his pants for an entire week before reporting for his draft board physical during Vietnam. I called him a filthy, yellow-bellied, chicken livered coward. He screamed "f— you and eat s— and die" from the stage. Security then came down and escorted me out. I tell you this only to demonstrate the hypocrisy of the Chickenhawks. Please spread the word about this pile of fecal matter and how he dishonors those on the Wall in D.C. by earning "Blood Money" with his phony patriot game.

Thank you for your service to the country..and in more ways than one..Nugent is a tool..and a mouthpiece for the reichwingers. I will have no problem recounting his hypocrisy along with these new young’un’s in our educational system. With the Internet this time around…the soldiers are privy to more of whats happening over here and behind the scenes of this administration. They know they are fodder for the warmongering crowd. I feel sad about that in some way..they are stuck in hell just trying to survive and knowing that they just a pinata to the people in charge.
