One of the things that ticks me off about the one sided war in Iraq is the non-stop “No Bid” contract awards. With those awarded contracts comes a lot of corruption and waste. The waste is called double billing, triple billing or just plain outright billing without doing a damn thing. The money that pays for all of this abuse and neglect is our tax dollars. Wouldn’t you think that all of them pesky Conservative Republican s would want to clean this mess up right away? That isn’t even close to the facts of the matter. Looking the other way is the mantra of the Bush 2 dynasty.

Popular vote aside, Obama won Nevada by one delegate to the Democrat convention. Popular vote aside, the message of Obama and hope lives on in Nevada. Hillary will get all the headlines but the truth of the matter is that the real decision of the voters is based on the delegates to the convention so Hillary Clinton’s win is not really a win. Somebody call Bill Clinton and tell him that he is about to get slapped upside the head again by the wife.

Please don’t think for a minute that I am a large conspiracy enthusiast but something really smelled funny about the Democrat primary Results in New Hampshire. I have many friends in the Granite State and they were all going for the “Babe Magnet” Kucinich. If you have ever seen his wife Elizabeth Kucinich, then you would understand our New England flannel wearing appreciation of any beautiful woman not wearing Long John’s under the flannels at this time of year. There is no way Kucinich only received less than two percent of the vote. I’m thinking that his wife alone received more votes than that!
N.H. Primary Democratic Re-Count Under Way
CONCORD, N.H. (WBZ) ― Secretary of State William Gardner says his office is ready for Wednesday’s re-count of New Hampshire’s Democratic presidential primary.
Democrat Dennis Kucinich has paid $27,000 to Gardner’s office to start the re-count. Election officials tell WBZ-TV that the recount could take up to a month.
Kucinich, who received less than 2 percent of the vote, says he is suspicious of the results, although he doesn’t expect a re-count to change his vote count much. Kucinich alluded to online reports alleging disparities around the state between hand-counted ballots, which tended to favor Sen. Barack Obama, and machine-coun ted ones that tended to favor Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton. He also noted the difference between pre-election polls, which indicated Obama would win, and Clinton’s triumph by a 39 percent to 37 percent margin. - WBZ TV

One thing that makes me sick to my stomach is very much personal attacks on a persons character and state of mind while in service to our nation in the United States armed forces. I’m not by any means a supporter of John McCain but I am a very strong defender of Veterans and our military troops. John McCain has no shame in his military record and his lengthy stay at the Hanoi Hilton was not and should not be up for discussion by extremist from any political faction.

Now that reality and what it means to be an actual American is in the head lights of the politicians running for President maybe they will all see that it is the economy that is the heartbeat of America. With the hundreds of billions of dollars flowing out of America to pay for an endless war it is finally hitting home in the nations capitol.
We have had eight years of a President that simply can not stand Americans but loves to only show up at military bases and closed public meetings that are invitation only events. It has been a late revelation to me but something I have slowly put together over the last few days but I’m sure others have conceived the thought before I. George Bush is terrified to be President.

When it comes to politics and your name is on the ballot there is no female or male distinction on the actual ballot. Democrat, Republican, or Independent, those are the top three initials that will appear next to the candidates name. In politics your life, your history, and your entire past is luggage that you bring to the ballot whether you think it is fair or not. No topic in your public life is out of bounds. No political candidate for President should ever be immune from this process.

Somebody check the Century 21 listings, I swear that 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue is on the market. By the looks of the offers in on this pristine address the price for the this strategic location is going into the hundreds of millions of dollars. In political home ownership it is all about location, location, and location.

With the loss of Joe Biden and Chris Dodd in the Iowa caucus comes a fairly large dilemma for those of us in the rest of the nation that have yet to vote. As Democrat’s who in the hell do we have left now that Iowans decided that Biden and Dodd are not worthy of the Presidency. With both of them dropping out of the race and I’m sure that Bill Richardson will be throwing in the towel soon enough, our choices will be somewhat limited.
When looking at the remaining top contenders and considering what all of the polls are predicting it does not bode well for the Democrat’s that simply do not care for Hillary Clinton. Having voted for her husband twice I am guilty of being a Clinton Democrat but not a large Hillary Clinton supporter. Public speaking is not her forte but that is not a true measure of any candidate but it helps one hell of a lot. Inspiration is not something she excels at when it comes to even the debates. It’s by no means that I think that she would not make a great President, she probably would, I simply do not see it happening for her. Realisticall y, I can not see Hillary Clinton beating Huckabee, McCain or Romney in the general election and that is something that has to be considered.

Thankfully, the rising sun in the east will gradually warm our nation to hope over desperation with the eventual replacement of King George in the White House. No offense to all our British friends intended. Here in America, since 9/11, we have been living under a dictator that even an election that replaced political leadership in both houses of Congress did not deter the President. Signing statements continue and future generations will see his laws stricken down as un-constitut ional.
History will prove out that George Bush was the worst President of all time simply because he thought he was omnipotent and without question. He is the third rail of Republican politics and you do not see too many advertisemen ts with him hugging the candidates from his own political party do you? He is the equivalent to the persona non grate in the (stolen) election of Al Gore for President where Bill Clinton could not step on the welcome mat because he was never invited. While Bill Clinton sold out the respect of the office he served, George W. Bush sold out his nation to the highest bidder. No matter what good they each have or had done as President, the perception is the rule.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Mike Capuano from Mass A Two Sticks but he is living a pipe dream. He is proposing a regulatory independent agency to more or less police the Congress for ethics violations. The only problem with his plan is that Constitution ally this outside law force would have to be armed with feathers. Gives a whole new meaning to “Packing Heat” does it not?
I’m thinking little tiny down feathers in little tiny holsters on a lawman from the old west. Armed agents patrolling and roaming the halls of the Congress ready to arrest anyone that steps over the line of truth, justice and the American way. Stepping into the dark corners of the law and breaking the ethics rules just might get you a handful of feathers tossed in your face. Take that you wrong doer!
